                       Initiatives for Implementation pf Welfare Policy  

                           for the Employees of the College & Hospital

    1. A free or concessional health care service at JMF's ACPM Hospital to staff and their dependents.
    2. Free Personal accidental insurance facility.
    3. Financial support to faculties for research and development, Conferences, workshops, seminars etc. activities.
    4. Free residential facilities for emergency staff.
    5. Transport facilities.
    6. PF and gratuity facility for eligible staff.
    7. Loan facility through JMF's Employers cooperative society.
    8. Health promotion measures through Yoga cell, Gymnasium & meditation center facility.
    9. Rewards for meritorious performance of the employee by appreciation letter.
    10. Awards for one faculty and one non-teaching employee having highest KPI score on “Foundation Day” of the College every year.
    11. Organization of professional and personal development trainings.
    12. Day care facility for children of staff.
    13. The Institute encourages faculty members to participate in conferences, seminars, symposia, FDPs, workshops and training programs etc. and provides financial assistance to organize conferences, workshops, training programs etc. to all academic departments providing financial supports for logistics.
    14. The faculty fulfilling following criteria will be provided financial assistance for registration fee attending conferences and workshop as delegate, resources faculty or chairing the scientific sessions of national conference. The Eligibility of teachers for availing financial support shall be as per following criteria  
    15. A. The employee must be approved teachers - Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor and working for 3 or more years
    16. B The research work to be presented must be approved by the ethical committee and conducted at the college
    17. C. The faculty has not attended any conference in current academic year.
    18. D. Any student at the college will be eligible for reimbursement of traveling expenses by bus or III tier AC train journey or equal whichever is less for attending national events related to academic, co-curricular or extra-curricular activities.
    19. E. Free uniforms to class –III and class IV employees once in a year and aprons to teaching staff once in two years
    20. E Grant of special leave for duration of scientific conferences and workshops for participation, chairing the session, presentation and delivering lectures.
    21. Grant of statutory leaves e.g. CL, Sick leave, Maternity leave, study leave, special leave for university assignments, compensatory leave
    22. Free accommodation to the employees of the colleges.
    23. Financial support for organizing extra-curricular activities including staff annual meet, student and staff get-together events organized by staff club or student council.
    24. Employee group insurance, EPF, Gratuity and free health care facilities to eligible employees.Compensation to the dependent in form of Job to suitable designation after the demise of employee during service period or after retirement.
    25. Birth Day Celebration of employee by the Management committee members
